When you’ve decided Hershey Montessori is the right fit for your child and your family, we have a simple admissions process.


We encourage all prospective parents and students to schedule a visit as the first step in the admissions process. We would love to show you our campuses and answer any questions. We will work with your family through the applications and interviews.

Step 1: Apply

Application forms are available online for the Concord Campus and Huntsburg Campus. Concord applications are accepted year round. Huntsburg applications received by January for the following school year are prioritized; applications received after January are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Step 2: Interviews & Visits

We want to get to know your family and your child during this process. At the Concord Campus, parents of children five and older interview with the Head of School and children visit with our staff. The interview may happen during your child’s visit or we may coordinate it to occur at a later date. Children under five visit with a classroom guide prior to acceptance. Students applying for the Huntsburg Campus will interview with Huntsburg staff. If the student is not available for an in-person interview due to location we will coordinate with you for a phone or video interview.

Step 3: Acceptance

We will notify your family of acceptance to the Hershey Montessori program.
