Application Process: Middle School & Upper School
When you’ve decided Hershey Montessori is the right fit for your child and your family, we have a simple admissions process. How to Apply
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. The following steps will guide you through the application process. Students whose applications are received after the January 31 deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis as space allows. We encourage you to complete the process as early as possible.
Step 1: Attend a Visitors’ Day Program or Schedule an Individual Visit
We encourage all applicants and their families to visit the Huntsburg campus for a tour and information session. A visit will allow you to observe students actively engaged in the classrooms, see our facility, and have questions answered about our adolescent program. Please register here.
Step 2: Submit application, supporting materials, & application fee ($75 for domestic applicants; $125 for international applicants)
Begin the application process through the Admissions Portal. All forms from all parties should be emailed to admissions@hershey-montessori.org or mailed directly to:

A personal interview and student shadow are essential components of Hershey’s admissions application process. During the shadow visit, students can attend classes and share information about their current school, academic and extra-curricular interests, and their desire to attend Hershey Montessori School. Parents and guardians will have the chance to meet with a member of the admissions team.
International students or other applicants who cannot make it to campus, a member of the admissions team will coordinate a “Skype” interview.
