Natalie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University with majors in Biology and English. After teaching outdoor and environmental education to youth in Ohio, Washington, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and aboard a tall ship, Natalie completed the teacher licensure program at Baldwin-Wallace University. She holds a Middle Childhood license in Science, Reading, and Language Arts, and has taught middle school students for the past 9 years. She is excited to deepen her knowledge of Montessori pedagogy while participating in the AMI 12-18 Diploma Course through the International Montessori Training Institute (IMTI) through August 2024.

Natalie enjoys spending time with her four children and exploring the outdoors while hiking, paddling, and cross-country skiing.
