Kelly is a resident of Geauga County and is excited to be part of the Hershey Montessori community. She has an educational background in education, psychology, and healthcare support, with experience as a substitute teacher and tutor, along with specialized training in individualized, student-centered learning approaches.

Before joining Hershey, Kelly built a career in the SaaS industry, where she held leadership roles and led cross-functional work across finance, sales, and business operations. Her professional experience took her to both California and Florida, further shaping her adaptable, systems-oriented perspective. She now brings this strategic mindset into her work supporting students, families, and staff.

Outside of school, Kelly enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking, practicing yoga, traveling, being around horses, and adventuring with her four-legged best friend, Hannah.
