Introduction to the Upper School – Huntsburg Campus on Wednesday, November 6, 2019
We invite you to hear Hershey Upper School students, faculty, and staff share the exciting development of our Upper School curriculum frameworks. Learn about the Upper School program and what Montessori has to offer in support of excellence in pre-collegiate education. We will discuss the rigors of academics and the approach that is taken to ensure students are well prepared for college and for life after high school. Students and Upper School teachers will present how core high school academic skills, college selection process, college credit and individualized courses of study integrate with our project-based learning environments. Students will share examples of real-life problem-solving in the Northeast Ohio region, working with specialists in the professional fields of applied study and parallel studies on global issues. Teachers will present how essential life skills expand while adolescents take on genuine leadership roles.
Appetizers will be served at 6 pm with the presentation following promptly at 6:30 p.m.
